Before your engagement You’ll receive an intake form and we’ll align on objectives, logistics, and any materials to prepare in advance. An invoice will be sent prior to the engagement date.
During your engagement (1 hour minimum, on-site) Focused, in-person work centered entirely on your priorities — whether that’s observation, discussion, review, or facilitation.
Within 3 business days A written summary capturing key observations, insights, and recommended next steps specific to your organization.
Investment
Starting at $250 / hour — 1 hour minimum
Additional hours are billed at the same rate and confirmed prior to the engagement. Travel costs are billed separately and discussed during scoping.
